Cash incentive of Rs.1000 /month per beneficiary as DBT will be sanctioned till the competition of their first higher education. This will be paid on a monthly basis to all eligible girl students who have studied from 6th to 12th Std., in Government schools.
The girl students availing other scholarships are also eligible to enroll in this scheme.
The first graduate certificate is eligible only when there are no graduates in the family, including siblings who were not benefited by the first graduate scholarship or fee concession. The Tahsildar under the Tamil Nadu Government grants the first graduate certificate.
First graduate certificate is provided to educate children from uneducated families so that the children and their families are guaranteed a bright future.
The student should belong to Backward classes, Most Backward classes or Denotified communities.

The annual family income should not exceed Rs. 2.50 Lakh
The scholarship amount will be reimbursed to the student every year for the entire duration of their UG Courses.
