Mother Teresa Group of Institutions established MTNYMC in 2019 in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu, to offer standardized education and clinical exposure in Naturopathy and Yoga. This college is a constituent of the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Educational Charitable Trust.

The college campus spans 137 acres of lush and verdant environment. It is affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and recognized by the Health and Family Welfare (IM-2) Department under G.O. (Ms) No. 434 dated 20.09.2018. It offers the Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) program, which comprises 5½ years (4½ years of academics + 1 year of internship), with an annual intake of 100 students.
